Return and Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

At Daivik Crafts and Artisans LLP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must have the same seal and seal no. on the garment which was originally attached.
  • The return request must be made within 03 days of receiving the item.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at daivikcrafts@gmail.com 9910981584 within 03 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Customers are responsible for covering the  shipping cost for any return /exchange. 

Please note that we must receive your returned item within 05 days of return authorization.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 07 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds may take upto 10 to14 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at 9910981584 . Exchanges are subject to availability and Product we receive Back.

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable/ineligible for exchange . These include:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • Products with missing or altered tags
